Au pair agencies may contact au pair candidates directly outside of the platform. Any communication or agreements take place independently of the platform. 4. Payments and Access Periods Both au pair candidates and au pair agencies must pay a fee for access to the platform for the selected access period. Access to the platform is granted only for the duration of the selected period. All payments are final and non-refundable. 5. Expiration of Access At the end of the selected access period, access to the platform and profile visibility may be suspended or removed automatically unless renewed. 6. Our role is strictly limited to providing an online platform where agencies can find and contact au pair candidates independently. 4. Does registration guarantee successful placements? No. Registration does not guarantee placements, matches, or responses from candidates. Outcomes depend entirely on the agency’s own recruitment process. 5. How long do we have access to the database? Access is granted for the duration of the selected subscription period (for example, 3, 6, or 9 months). Access automatically ends after the period expires unless renewed. 6. Can we contact candidates outside the platform? Yes. Agencies are allowed to contact candidates directly using the contact details provided. All communication and agreements take place outside our platform. 7. Are we allowed to store candidate data?
